These terms apply to your use of the Queen SusaStrategy Limited website and the Reliability Desk browser demo. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Informational content only

Website content describes company activities and an industrial maintenance product in development. The browser prototype includes fictional sample records, user-created local records, maintenance-event entry, CSV import and simple rule-based scores. It does not use a live AI model, upload local records, or connect to equipment or customer systems. Planned capabilities, models, cloud services and infrastructure are not representations that a production deployment exists.

No operational or safety advice

Website content and any future automated outputs are not engineering instructions, asset-condition certifications, or safety advice. Do not use them as a substitute for qualified inspection, manufacturer guidance, site procedures, or professional judgment.

No service commitment

Website content is not an offer to provide a particular service, pilot, software feature, uptime level or outcome. Any engagement must be agreed in a separate written contract that defines scope, fees, responsibilities, security controls and service terms.

You may browse and link to this site for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit information you are not authorized to share. Local prototype records are stored in your browser until reset or cleared. Do not enter personal, confidential, or safety-sensitive operational information into the prototype.

The site may link to third-party services or open your email application. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices; we do not control them.

Changes and availability

We may update or remove website content without notice. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
