Queen SusaStrategy Limited (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes information handled when you visit this website, use the Reliability Desk demo, or contact us about the industrial maintenance product in development.

Information collected by this website

This website does not provide accounts, a waitlist, or a hosted contact form. Reliability Desk stores assets you add or import, maintenance events, notes, review marks and your selected asset in this browser's local storage. This information is not sent to our servers by the demo and remains in that browser until you reset the workspace or clear this site's browser data. Use the JSON backup control if you need a portable copy. Do not enter personal, confidential, or safety-sensitive operational information into this prototype.

If you select an email link, your email application opens and you choose what to send. The email and any details you include are handled by your email provider and by us when received.

Our hosting provider may process standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and requested page, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting and server-log settings should be confirmed with the selected hosting provider before publication. This site does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies.

Product and pilot data

The production product is in development. The six seeded equipment records are fictional. You may import an equipment CSV into local browser storage, but the prototype does not upload that data or connect to equipment. If a hosted pilot is proposed, data categories, purposes, access controls, retention, hosting location and deletion procedures must be agreed in writing before any real data is transferred.

How we use enquiries

We use information you choose to email us to respond to your request and manage the resulting business conversation. We do not sell enquiry information. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet applicable obligations.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about personal information included in your correspondence or to request correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs.
